If you are using Lightroom on your mobile device using the Lightroom CC app then you want to select the .DNG files to download.
If you use Lightroom Classic CC from version 7.3 onwards then you want to select the .XMP files to download.
If you use Lightroom Classic CC version 7.2 or older then you want to select the .LRTEMPLATE files to download. This includes Lightroom 4, 5 and 6 and older.
