What are Lightroom presets?

Lightroom presets essentially allow you to apply professional edits to your photos with just one click of a button. Presets have pre-made edits and adjustments that are applied to your images. This means you can make good-quality edits even if you don’t know your way around Lightroom. These particular Lightroom presets will allow you to add a moody desaturated tone to your images.

What do I need for these presets?

If you are going to be using these presets on your phone or tablet you will need to have the Lightroom application on your device, you can download this for free. You will also need a way to unzip the preset folder zip files, you can do this with an application like Zip Viewer which is also free.

If you are going to be using these presets on your computer, you will need either Adobe Lightroom or Lightroom Classic. You can get these programs with a monthly subscription to Adobe’s Creative Cloud.

I’m new to Lightroom will I be able to use these?

Yes, absolutely. We include a how to install guide which will walk you step by step how to install the presets on your device. Once installed you are just a button away from professionally edited images.

How do I know if these presets will work for me?

These presets have been crafted by a professional photographer and tested on hundreds of photos. The presets work best on travel and landscape photos but they will work on photos of just about any outdoor subject matter taken using natural light.

It is worth noting that these presets have been produced to affect the colors and tones of the image. They will not be able to correct any technical mistakes such as under exposure, this is something you will need to adjust yourself.

When will I receive my purchase?

Your download will be sent to you via email immediately after you have completed the checkout process. If you don’t receive this in your inbox, check your junk folder as it may have landed there.

I have not received my presets email. What should I do?

Don’t worry if you can’t find the email in your inbox, it may have landed in your junk or spam folder so make sure you check these.

There may be a few other reasons why you don’t receive your presets, these include:

  • You may have entered a company email address and your system has rejected our emails
  • You may have entered the wrong email address
  • You may have used an iCloud email address which may also reject our emails

If this does happen we can resend your presets. Please email [email protected] and let us know your full name and the approximate date and time you ordered, we will get back in touch with you as soon as possible. You can also get in touch with us via our contact page.

What currency do you use?

All our presets are sold in USD. If you are purchasing in a different currency that’s fine, your bank will do the conversion for you.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We’re sorry but due to the digital nature of these presets we cannot offer refunds or exchanges as the product cannot be returned.
